The Experience Industry Management Department receives an annual budget allocation of state funding that also includes College-based fees. The current CAFES Dean essentially operates with a centralized budget system. The department budget allocation covers faculty full-time and part-time personnel costs, some operations and equipment expenses, a full-time administrative support coordinator, and student assistant salaries.
